ERRATA & CLARIFICATIONS :

October 2002 1st printing - error in the floss list symbol:
+ 444 & 382
should read
+ 444 & 3820

DR-002-01-1 - symbol similarity with 0 and o; W and w:
0 445 yellow used in the dragon only
o 825 & 3842 blue used in the border and suns rays
W 444 yellow used in the dragon only
w 311 & 824 blue used in the border and suns rays
Color 351 is only used as a small amount in backstitching and could be substituted.

November 2003 - Removed the recommended speciality floss DMC Art. 273 Antique Gold as it is discontinued.

OPTION 1: Changed the pattern to recommend using two strands of 205C Kreinik Metallic Cord (a single ply cord) instead of taking 205C #4 Braid Kreinik Metallic and splitting it. Two strands of this cord are blended into the border.

OPTION 2: Use a single strand of Access Commodities Bijoux #425 Pyrite. The Bijoux is closer in tone (old gold) to the original DMC than the Kreinik but is harder to obtain.
